Getting new Frontier Fios on Friday, Cablecard sugestions?

Hello,

I live in the Fort Wayne, IN area, and I bought a home and am moving there tomorrow. The Frontier Fios tech is supposed to show up sometime on Friday.

I have a Tivo Premier 4 (at least that's what it says on the software screen), and have never had a cable card before. This as previously I was just getting basic cable from my apartment complex.

I've been reading about some of the issues with cable cards, and was wondering if anyone had any advice or suggestions on what kind of cablecard to tell the Frontier Fios tech to install into my Tivo?

Also, will I be able to get VOD, which I'm guessing is Video on Demand with the m-cable card?

Lastly, when the cable card is installed, I know I will need to redo the setup of the box, but will I lose all my season passes to where I have to redo them again from scratch?

Also, I'm considering getting a Romano DVR from Tivo, if so, can one just pull out the cable card from the Premier and insert it into the Romano?

Any help would be appreciated.
