Cable Card and New Hard Dive

My Plus has been running fine with a Comcast cable card. I now want to upgrade the hard drive and need to know how that will affect my cable card.

Will it be as simple as swapping in the new drive, power it up and start using it or will there be issues from a cable card standpoint?

I know the drive swap is simple and I don't care about any of the shows that are currently on the hard drive in the Plus.
