Problem with Stream using cable channels

I am using Tivo Stream product with Premiere.

It streams all of my regular channels just fine on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.

However, when I attempt to stream a cable channel (i.e. HLN, Comedy Central) it pauses to black screen with circle.

Any idea on how I can resolve this? Please help. Thanks.
