TWC - Tuning Adapter needed for Refrub Roamio Basic

Long time user of Tivo, got our first one back in 2002....but alas have not had one for two years. My last Tivo was a Series 3 HD.

So I'm coming back and just bought one of the $50 refrub Roamio this morning and I'm excited.

So I'm going to the TWC store this afternoon to get a Cable Card and the info on their website and Tivo's is conflicting about needing a Tuning Adapter.

So does anyone know if I'll need one? Or is the functionally built into this Tivo?
