unhappy with Tivo

was trying to cut the cable so I started out with the Tivo OTA. For what ever reason I thought I only had to pay for two months of service and then I could cancel. My isp speed was to slow for a smooth download. I decided that this was not the way to gol I called and canceled and was dinged for seventy five dollars because I had a twelve month obligation. I tried to argue the charge,but you all know how that works. Just beware of the contract prior to trying to cut the cord and getting hooked up with a company like Tivo. I wish them well. GUZZARD
