Guide data not being updated

My Tivos are no longer getting updated program guide data. I have a Series 2 and a Series 3 Tivo in the same cabinet, and neither is able to update program guide. They start to make the daily update over the internet and then time out either while in the Negotiating stage or the Update Account Status stage.

My internet connection is working fine, and I can browse the Now Showing list of each Tivo, both from the other Tivo and from Tivo Desktop. I haven't made any changes to the internet setup, or to the entertainment center that would have introduced a problem. My cable service and internet service are both provided by Suddenlink.

The problem has been reported to Tivo Customer Service, but no response from them at this time.

Any suggestions? The Guide Data runs out Thursday 8/20.
