We scaled back our TV to TWC's basic package (No OTA reception here) and one of the channels we get is Pop, formerly the TV guide channel. We have always gotten this channel, but I never paid attention to it apparently until it was one of our only seven or eight real channels. Unfortunately, it has no guide data for the channel whatsoever. Furthermore it is still labeled "Guide" and not Pop. How do I go about getting this fixed?
