Tivo: Premiere 4 (4-tuner)
Last week there was a local power outage and ever since there are a number of channels that I can no longer tune in... the 'Phone script readers' tell me that it is the tuning adapter has gone bad.. but when the service rep showed up he stated it was the 'M-Card' {which he did not have on truck and would have to reschedule for later today..} How can I tell for sure which it might be?
