New Roamio was working just fine and all of a sudden the only thing that would work from the remote was the volume that runs a audio amp. The remote was working since I could see the yellow circle come on when I sent a command from the remote. I powered off the roamio and now it works fine. What could this be? Is this a sign that the unit is going bad? Would heat do this? What can I do to test it? The other day last week it just did a re-boot for no reason...I know heat can do that to a pc. Any ideas would be great.
