Season Pass will not cancel and is not showing on Manager

I'm trying to record "The Affair" on Showtime this Sunday night. It's showing on my ToDo List as a Season Pass conflict because I think I set it to record the same show on 2 channels at the same time, but it's not listed as a Season Pass Manager at all. I can't delete the Season Pass, I can't modify the Season Pass, I can't cancel the show, I can't do anything. I've even tried deleting some other shows at that time to get rid of the conflict, but it still has the same big red X



Anybody have an answer?
