Channel not available Charter cable

I'm getting to the point where I'm tired of banging my head on a wall. Everything was great until this past week I noticed some shows weren't getting recorded and in the history it said not authorized. As the week went by this happened on more and more channels. Well done a reboot, unplugged, hit the cc, etc. Still showing channel not available, or channel not authorized or some other stupid error. I even had the channel not available banner showing on a channel that I could actually watch. Was there a software update recently? I think this points more to an issue with Tivo than a cc issue.
