Audio Issues on Apps

I've had my Roamio Pro for a couple of months and it's been working great. I think the fall update broke my audio when using apps such as Netflix, MoviePhone and Pandora. For Netflix some shows and movies work fine, but others have no audio. For the other apps i get no audio at all.



Shows and movies work fine through regular cable, it's just affecting the apps.



My setup is Roamio Pro with optical out to a Vizio sound bar. I have Dolby Digital turned on, when I switch to PCM only I get no audio at all, since I assume the soundbar doesn't have a processor to decode it.
