Guide indication wrong - season passes wont record

We have Time Warner Cable in South Carolina. We have three HD TiVo units - two are Premieres and one is a Series 3 HD unit. Apparently there was a "statewide outage" of Channel 4 on Sunday. This affected whatever network received on Channel 4 - the representative told me for some it was NBC, for some ABC, etc. (For our location channel 4 is ABC) The outage has been cleared - however the onscreen guide indicates channel 4 is "Independent" and shows programing like Leave it to Beaver, Andy Griffith, etc., vice ABC programming. Of course this affects any Season Passes we have set up for ABC programs - they do not show up on our To Do List.



We also have one Time Warner DVR and once the outage was cleared the onscreen guide on that unit is correct for channel 4.



We spent much time last night on the phone with Time Warner - both Technical service as well as Cable Card service and have come to the conclusion that the problem is TiVo not receiving the correct guide information from Time Warner. Our daughter, who lives 3 miles away, also has a Premiere unit and her guide for channel 4 is also incorrect.



Any ideas? We have a call in to TiVo but was curious if others were experiencing the same problem. Thanks!
