Charter's new all digital just came to our area and now requires us to use the digital cable boxes with our Tivos. Hooked up the boxes (Cisco Explorer 4640 HDCs) to the TV and attached the IR Blaster cables...only nothing is working.
I read that Cisco bought Scientific Atlanta, so I tried the Scientific Atlanta codes, but they didn't work.
Anyone able to get this work work? I read that some people were able to get the box to work with the 00018-B code, but that isn't working for me.
