Tivo app will not connect to company wifi

My company has wifi that is separarate from the corporate LAN in place for BYOD phones and tablets. It isn't wide open (requires security certificate on you iDevice), but it isn't locked down a lot either.



I wanted to change an SP today so I went to launch the TiVo app on my iPad and it would not let me connect... When I puhsed to LTE it worked fine.



- Any idea what would be keeping it from connecting?

- just wondering if I setup a proxy, do you think that would fix the connection issue?
